We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

4. AI-Powered Features

We offer AI-powered features that help you create and organize plans, including generating a plan from a short description you type (“AI Plan Creation”) and turning an imported group chat (for example, a WhatsApp chat export) into a ready-to-vote plan (“Chat to Plan”). This section explains how these features handle your information.

Information Processed

When you use an AI feature, we process the content you submit for that feature, such as the text description you provide or the messages contained in a chat you choose to import. This content may include the names of participants and the text of their messages.

On-Device Redaction

Before an imported chat leaves your device, we automatically attempt to remove sensitive information such as phone numbers, media placeholders, and system messages. We send only the message text and first names needed to build your plan. Please note that automated redaction may not catch every piece of sensitive information.

Third-Party AI Providers

To generate plans, we share the submitted content with trusted third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) that process it on our behalf. These providers process your content solely to return a result to us and are contractually restricted from using it to train their models. We also use Google Places to match venue suggestions to real locations.

Data Retention for AI Features

We do not store the raw conversation or chat transcript you import. The content is processed in memory to generate your plan, and only the resulting plan (including a short AI-generated summary) is saved to your account. We retain limited, non-content metadata (such as usage counts and processing statistics) to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Your Choices

Using the AI features is entirely optional. You only submit content to them when you choose to. AI-generated suggestions are drafts for you and your group to review, edit, and vote on—you remain in control of your plans.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and update your personal information
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Opt-out of marketing communications
  • Control privacy settings for your profile
  • Request a copy of your data

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your country. By using our service, you consent to this transfer.
